Ilyas qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has over 20 years experience of UK immigration law. He also has significant experience of advising employers in relation to employment law matters. He was previously a Senior Solicitor specialising in employment law, with international law
firm Nabarro LLP (now CMS).
